A clear job for the footage
Help people who weren't there understand the experience—and give attendees a way to revisit it.
Choose the job before the cameras arrive: attendee follow-up, social sharing, a sponsor recap, or promotion for the next event. That purpose tells us which people, moments, and messages to capture.
Choose what you need
Start with what your team needs to share. Your quote will name the films and versions included, with extra edits and standalone films scoped separately.
Bring the key moments together for attendee follow-up, social sharing or promotion for the next gathering.
Add shorter cuts from the agreed footage for follow-up posts. We’ll plan the length and format for each use.
Give a speaker or sponsor room to explain an idea in their own words, as a separate film your team can share.
An early recap can support your first attendee follow-up while the event is still fresh. Next-morning review may be possible when the agenda, footage cutoff, and editing plan allow. We'll agree separate review, approval, and final delivery times before booking.
We’ll agree filming hours, crew, interview count, film lengths, formats and delivery dates in your quote. For a single-operator event day, plan on one venue and up to eight filming hours. Extra crew, simultaneous rooms and additional shoot days need their own plan.
